All reported issues are time stamped and assigned an automated tracking number. The Smartphone also allows VSS Security Services personnel to capture time stamped photographs and record audio files that are automatically attached to the reported issue. Clients of VSS Security Services with approved access have the ability to view and monitor photos, notes and audio files created by VSS Security Services within minutes of creation. All this information is received in real-time and tracked through the SilverTrac “Issue Monitor”.
